Oven door glass is loose, rattling, or has condensation between panes.

• Tighten screws: Remove the door (if design allows) and tighten any screws holding the inner glass and trim.
• Inspect glass: Check for cracks or chips in inner and outer panes. Replace any damaged glass panels with Hisense-approved parts.
• Seal and vents: Inspect seals around the glass and clear any blocked vent slots at the top of the door to reduce condensation.
