Display shows LOC or control lock icon; oven will not start but no beeping error

Safety note: This is not a hardware failure in most cases.

• Unlock controls: On most Monogram ovens, press and hold the LOCK CONTROLS or Control Lock pad for 3–5 seconds until the LOC indicator clears. If there is no dedicated key, press and hold 9 and 0 or Settings (refer to user manual).
• Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore power and try unlocking again.
• Check keypad: If the lock key does not respond at all while other keys work, the touch control panel may have a failed key and may need replacement.
