Diagnostic steps:

Check timer/manual mode: Ensure the electronic timer is set to manual and not to an automatic program that has finished.
Test thermal fuse: Access the top or rear of the oven and locate the thermal fuse. Test for continuity and replace if open.
Check elements: Test the top, bottom, and convection elements for continuity. Replace any that are open.
Selector switch: On models with a rotary selector, test for continuity between common and output terminals in each mode.
Control board: If all elements and fuses are good, the main control board relay may have failed and require replacement.

Oven does not heat at all; display and light work but no warmth in any mode.
