Steps to check:

• Disable child lock: On many Montpellier ovens, press and hold the lock or key symbol button for 3–5 seconds until the lock icon disappears.
• Button test: Press each button to ensure none are stuck or physically jammed.
• Power reset: Turn off power for a few minutes and restore to clear any software lock.
• Touch panel: If the lock cannot be cleared, the touch panel may be faulty and require replacement.
