Display shows SAb or Sabbath mode; oven appears unresponsive to normal commands.

Safety: No internal repair is needed; this is a user setting.

Steps to exit Sabbath mode:

• On most Premier models, press and hold the Clock or Bake and Broil keys together for 3–5 seconds until SAb disappears.
• If unsure, turn the breaker OFF for 1 minute, then ON, and consult the user manual for the exact key combination.
• Once SAb is cleared, test a normal bake cycle.
