How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the oven from its housing.

Steps to check:

Access cooling fan: Remove the oven from the cabinet if necessary and take off the top cover to expose the cooling fan assembly.
Inspect blades: Check for insulation, packaging, or debris obstructing the fan blades. Clear any obstructions.
Wiring: Ensure the fan's connectors are secure and not heat-damaged.
Motor test: With a multimeter, test the motor windings for continuity. If open, replace the cooling fan motor with a Tower-compatible unit.

Warning: Do not operate the oven with a non-functioning cooling fan; this can overheat the control electronics and cabinet.

Oven displays E7 and the cooling fan at the top of the oven does not run, or runs briefly then stops.
