• Remove the oven racks and clean them thoroughly with warm soapy water; dry completely.
• Inspect the rack supports on the oven walls for damage or warping.
• For full-extension glide racks, clean the slide mechanisms per Wolf instructions and apply a small amount of high-temperature-safe lubricant if recommended by Wolf.

Corrective actions:

• Replace severely warped or damaged oven racks.
• Replace bent rack supports if racks cannot sit level.
