How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off and unplug the grill before tightening hardware or adjusting components.
- Level the grill: Ensure all legs are firmly on the ground and adjust any leveling feet if provided.
- Tighten all screws and bolts: Check leg bolts, side shelf screws, hopper mounting bolts, and body panel screws. Tighten as needed.
- Inspect internal components: Remove grates and diffuser. Ensure the heat diffuser and drip tray sit flat and are not warped.
- Check fan and auger alignment: If vibration persists, inspect the fan and auger for imbalance or misalignment and replace if necessary.
