Buttons or dial on control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the grill before servicing the control panel.

• Power reset: Unplug for 60 seconds and plug back in to rule out a temporary software lockup.
• Inspect and reseat cable: Remove the panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the UI and main board.
• Check for moisture or corrosion: Dry any moisture and clean light corrosion with contact cleaner.
• Replace UI assembly: If specific buttons or the dial remain unresponsive, replace the Gourmet Grillson control panel user interface assembly.
