Display shows ERR11; meat probe temperature reads 0°F or dashes and alarms when probe is selected.

Safety first: Ensure the grill is cool before handling probes.

• Check probe connection: Verify the meat probe is fully inserted into the probe jack on the control panel. Push firmly until it clicks or seats completely.
• Inspect cable: Look along the length of the probe cable for cuts, melted sections, or kinks. Replace the probe if any damage is found.
• Test with another probe: If available, plug in a second known-good Gourmet Grillson-compatible meat probe. If the second probe works, the original probe is faulty.
• Inspect jack: If no probe works, the probe jack or its solder joints on the control board may be damaged. Remove the control panel and inspect the jack for looseness or cracked solder. Repair solder joints if qualified, or replace the control board.
