Possible Causes
Failed Gourmet Grillson Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module, Loose antenna connection, Corrupted firmware on communication module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Work with the grill powered but avoid touching live electrical contacts.
- Reboot grill: Turn OFF the grill using the power switch, unplug for 60 seconds, then plug back in and power ON. Attempt to reconnect via the Gourmet Grillson app.
- Check antenna: Locate the wireless antenna (often behind the control panel or on the side). Ensure it is firmly connected to the module and not damaged.
- Reset network settings: Follow the user manual to perform a network reset from the control panel menu. Reconfigure Wi-Fi or Bluetooth pairing from scratch.
- Firmware update: If the grill supports USB or OTA updates, install the latest firmware from Gourmet Grillson. This can resolve communication module glitches.
- Module replacement: If ERR13 persists and other functions are normal, the wireless module may be defective. Replace the Gourmet Grillson wireless communication module according to service instructions.
