How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF, unplug the grill, and allow it to cool before working near the auger.
- Empty hopper: Remove pellets from the hopper and vacuum out dust.
- Inspect auger: Remove the auger motor and slide the auger out of the tube. Look for bends, scoring, or foreign objects.
- Clean and deburr: Clean the auger and inside of the tube. Lightly deburr any sharp edges that may be scraping.
