Pellets in the hopper are swelling, clumping, or forming a solid mass; grill feeds inconsistently.

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug the grill before clearing the hopper.

• Empty hopper: Remove all pellets and vacuum out dust and clumps.
• Inspect hopper lid seal: Ensure the lid closes tightly and the gasket (if equipped) is intact.
• Use fresh pellets: Discard any swollen or soft pellets and refill with dry, high-quality pellets.
• Storage practice: Store pellets indoors in sealed containers and avoid leaving them in the hopper for long periods.

Persistent moisture issues may require replacing the hopper lid gasket.
