Noisy Auger / Mechanical Binding
Symptom
Combustion fan is very loud, rattling, or squealing during operation.
Noisy Combustion Fan
Symptom
Control buttons or dial do not respond, but display is lit.
Unresponsive Keypad / Encoder
Symptom
Display is dim, flickering, or unreadable, but grill still heats.

Cold Weather Performance Issue
Symptom
Grill shuts off unexpectedly during cooking without any error code.
Intermittent Power Loss
Symptom
Grill temperature is much lower than the setpoint and struggles to reach cooking temperature.
Underheating / Cannot Reach Set Temperature
Symptom
Grill temperature reading is obviously wrong (e.g., shows 200°C when the grill is barely warm).
Inaccurate Temperature Sensing
Symptom
Grill trips the household breaker or GFCI when turned on or during operation.
Electrical Short / Ground Fault
Symptom
Lid does not close evenly or there is a visible gap on one side.
Misaligned Lid / Poor Seal
Symptom
Paint on the exterior or lid is blistering, peeling, or flaking.
Coating Failure / Overheating of Exterior
Symptom
Pellets do not feed from the hopper even though the auger motor runs.

Symptom
Pellets in the hopper are swelling, clumping, or forming a solid mass; grill feeds inconsistently.
Pellet Bridging / Moisture Contamination
Symptom
Rust forming on interior surfaces, grates, or fire pot components.
Corrosion / Rust Damage
Symptom
Smoke leaking heavily from around the lid and body seams instead of the exhaust.
Air Leakage / Poor Sealing
Symptom
Strong chemical or burning plastic smell during operation.
Abnormal Odor / Contamination
Symptom
Visible flames and popping from grease in the drip tray; risk of grease fire.
