Pump vibrates excessively and moves on its base during operation

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening mounts or adjusting pipework.

• 1. Check mounting: Ensure the Espa pump is securely bolted to a solid, level base. Tighten any loose mounting bolts.
• 2. Inspect pipe alignment: Verify that suction and discharge pipes align naturally with the pump ports and are not forcing the pump out of position. Add flexible couplings if necessary.
• 3. Examine impeller: Open the pump and inspect the impeller for missing pieces or heavy deposits that could cause imbalance. Replace if damaged.
• 4. Add vibration pads: Install rubber anti-vibration pads under the pump base to reduce transmitted vibration.
