Pump runs but there is very low or no water flow at the pool returns.

Safety first: Turn off power before opening the pump lid or any valves.

Steps to restore flow:

• Clean baskets: Remove and clean the Jacuzzi pump strainer basket and all skimmer baskets. Reinstall correctly.
• Check impeller: With the pump lid and basket removed, reach into the suction opening and feel for debris in the impeller. Use a plastic tool to clear any blockage.
• Inspect for air leaks: Examine the pump lid O-ring for cracks or dirt. Clean and lubricate with silicone lube, then tighten the lid evenly.
• Prime the pump: Fill the pump housing with water, ensure suction and return valves are open, then restart the pump and bleed air from any filter air relief.

If flow remains weak, check the filter pressure and backwash or clean the filter as needed. Persistent low flow may indicate a partially blocked suction line.
