Water leaks from the clear pump lid area when the pump is running.

• Clean sealing surfaces: Remove the Jacuzzi pump lid and O-ring. Clean the groove and lid mating surface.
• Inspect O-ring: Check for cracks, flat spots, or stretching. Replace if damaged.
• Lubricate: Apply a thin coat of silicone-based pool lube to the O-ring and reinstall.
• Tighten evenly: Reinstall the lid, ensuring it seats evenly. Hand-tighten only; do not overtighten.

If leaks persist with a new O-ring, the lid or housing may be warped and require replacement.
