Possible Causes
Impeller partially blocked, Filter extremely dirty causing high head pressure, Valves closed or incorrect hydraulic configuration, Oversized impeller installed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and close isolation valves before opening any part of the hydraulic circuit.
- Clean prefilter basket: Remove the Saci pump lid and clean the strainer basket thoroughly. Check for debris lodged at the impeller eye.
- Backwash or clean filter: If you have a sand or cartridge filter, perform a full backwash or clean/replace the cartridge to reduce system pressure.
- Check valve positions: Ensure suction and return valves are fully open and that no bypass valves are incorrectly set, causing restriction.
- Reduce speed: On variable‑speed models, program a lower maximum speed and test operation. Gradually increase until E07 reappears to identify the safe operating range.
If E07 continues with a clean system and correct hydraulics, the impeller or motor may be mismatched; consult Saci specifications or a pool professional.
