How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control panel.
- Inspect keypad area: Look for cracks in the display cover, signs of water inside, or stuck buttons.
- Clean and reseat connectors: Open the control panel and gently unplug the keypad ribbon cable from the PCB. Clean contacts with electronic contact cleaner and reconnect firmly.
- Dry moisture: If condensation is present, dry the panel and consider adding a weather shield or relocating the pump away from direct water spray.
- Test operation: Restore power and test each button. If some keys still do not respond, the keypad or display PCB likely needs replacement.
