Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and allow the motor to cool before inspection.
- Check sensor wiring: Inside the control compartment, locate the small wires from the motor to the PCB labeled for temperature or NTC. Ensure they are intact and firmly connected.
- Inspect for damage: Look for pinched or burnt sensor wires near the motor end bell.
- Reset controller: After reseating connectors, restore power and clear the error if possible via the menu.
If E14 persists, the internal thermal sensor or PCB is defective. Because the sensor is embedded in the windings on most Saci motors, replacing the motor assembly is usually required.
