Pump housing or nearby pipes vibrate excessively during operation

Safety first: Turn off power before tightening mounts or touching the pump.

• Secure mounting: Ensure the Saci pump base is firmly bolted to a solid, level pad. Tighten loose mounting bolts.
• Check for air: Prime the pump fully and bleed air from the filter tank to reduce surging.
• Inspect impeller: If vibration persists, disassemble the wet end and check the impeller for broken vanes or debris causing imbalance.
• Add vibration pads: Install rubber pads under the pump base to dampen transmitted vibration.

Severe vibration combined with noise may indicate bearing failure; consider motor replacement.
