Water leaking from the clear pump lid area when the pump is running

Safety first: Turn off the pump before removing the lid.

• Inspect O‑ring: Remove the lid and examine the O‑ring for cracks, flat spots, or chemical swelling. Clean the groove and lid mating surface.
• Lubricate or replace: Apply a thin layer of silicone‑based lubricant to a good O‑ring. If damaged, replace with a genuine Saci lid O‑ring of the correct size.
• Check lid for cracks: Hold the lid up to the light and look for hairline cracks. Replace the lid if any are found.
• Reinstall carefully: Seat the O‑ring evenly, place the lid, and tighten by hand only until snug. Do not overtighten.

After repair, run the pump and check for drips around the lid.
