AEG Flame Detection Error

Possible Causes

Weak gas supply pressure, Blocked burner ports, Misaligned burner cap, Faulty flame sensor/thermocouple

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Gas safety: Turn off all burners and ensure the area is well ventilated.

User checks:

Remove burner caps and crowns; clean all burner ports with a soft brush or pin (do not enlarge holes).
Re-seat burner caps correctly; misalignment can cause uneven or weak flame.
Check that the flame is blue and stable; yellow or lifting flames indicate combustion or pressure issues.

If F4 persists on one burner only:

The thermocouple or flame sensor for that burner may be faulty and require replacement.
Contact a certified gas technician to test gas pressure and replace components as needed.
