How to Fix / Troubleshooting

User checks:

  • Review the user manual to ensure the timer is set for the correct zone and in the correct mode (minute minder vs auto switch-off).
  • Test the timer with a short duration (1–2 minutes) and observe if the zone power changes.
  • Reset the hob by turning off power for 2–3 minutes.

If the timer still does not control the zones, the control PCB may have a logic or output fault and should be replaced by a technician.
