Gas hob burner will not ignite or has a very weak flame, no electronic error code.

Safety first: Turn off the burner and allow it to cool. Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid open flames.

• Clean burner: Remove the burner cap and head. Clean all ports with a soft brush and, if necessary, a wooden toothpick (never metal that can enlarge holes).
• Check cap alignment: Refit the burner head and cap, ensuring they sit flat and correctly located on the base.
• Test ignition: Turn the knob to ignite and observe the spark. If there is spark but no flame, the injector may be blocked.
• Injector cleaning (technician): Close the gas supply. Remove the burner and carefully unscrew the gas injector (jet). Clean with appropriate tools or replace with the correct size for your gas type.
• Gas supply: If all burners are weak, have a qualified gas technician check the supply pressure and regulator.
