Induction hob controls are unresponsive or randomly change settings without any error code.

Safety first: Disconnect power before internal work; user-level cleaning can be done with power off.

• Clean surface: Thoroughly clean the glass control area with a non-abrasive cleaner and dry completely.
• Power reset: Turn off the hob at the breaker for 5–10 minutes, then restore power.
• Check for moisture: Ensure there is no condensation under the glass (from boiling pots). Allow time to dry if necessary.
• Inspect touch PCB: If issues persist, remove the hob and inspect the touch control panel PCB for cracks, corrosion, or loose connectors. Replace if defective.
• Grounding: Verify that the hob is properly earthed; poor grounding can cause erratic touch behavior.
