How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the hob from the worktop.
- Check for lock symbol: If a key or lock icon is displayed, hold the lock button (or specified key combination) for several seconds to unlock.

- Inspect connections: Remove the hob and check the ribbon cable between the touch panel and power module. Reseat firmly.
