- Set the clock: Press the clock or timer button (varies by Ariston model) and use +/− keys or knob to set the correct time. Confirm with the OK or clock button.
- Exit auto mode: If an AUTO symbol is lit, cancel any programmed cooking by pressing the cancel/stop button until manual mode is restored.
- Disable child lock: If a key symbol is shown, hold the child lock button (or a combination such as + and −) for several seconds to unlock, as per the user manual.
- Test heating: Select a simple manual function and temperature to confirm the oven now starts.
