Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the range at the circuit breaker and allow it to sit for at least 5 minutes before touching any wiring. Do not work on live circuits.
- Power reset: Switch the breaker off for 5–10 minutes, then restore power. If F0 clears and does not return, it may have been a transient glitch.
- Check keypad and ribbon cable: Remove the back panel behind the control console. Locate the flat ribbon cable from the touchpad to the electronic oven control (EOC). Ensure it is fully seated and not pinched or corroded. Reseat the connector.
- Test keypad: With power off, disconnect the keypad ribbon from the EOC. Restore power briefly. If F0 disappears with the keypad disconnected, the keypad/control panel assembly is likely defective.
- Replace faulty part: If the keypad is integrated with the front control panel, replace the entire control panel assembly. If the error persists even with the keypad disconnected, replace the EOC.
If you are not comfortable removing the control panel or working near mains wiring, contact a qualified technician.
