Possible Causes
Loose harness between user interface board and power/EOC board, Faulty display board, Faulty main control board, Electrical noise or surge damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before removing the control console.
- Reseat connectors: Remove the console cover and locate the harness between the display/UI board and the main control/EOC. Unplug and firmly reconnect each connector.
- Inspect for damage: Look for burnt spots, cracked solder joints, or corrosion on both boards.
- Check harness continuity: Use a multimeter to verify that each wire in the harness has continuity end-to-end.
- Replace faulty board: If wiring is good and F12 persists, replace the UI/display board first. If still unresolved, replace the main control/EOC.
