Safety first: Ensure the cooktop surface is clean and dry.

• Check magnet test: Place a magnet on the bottom of the pan. If it does not stick firmly, the pan is not suitable for induction.
• Use correct size: Make sure the pan diameter meets the minimum size for the zone (see user manual). Very small pans may not be detected.
• Center the pan: Place the pan in the center of the marked cooking zone and avoid off-center placement.
• Try another pan: Test with a known good induction-compatible pan. If that works, replace incompatible cookware.
