Possible Causes
User-activated safety lock, Stuck lock button on touch panel, Control software glitch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: This is usually not a hardware fault; no need to disconnect power unless controls are unresponsive.
Steps:
- Unlock sequence: Refer to the user manual. Commonly, press and hold the key/lock symbol for 3–5 seconds until the lock indicator turns off.
- Power reset: If the lock will not clear, turn off power for 5 minutes and try again.
- Check for moisture: Clean and dry the touch area; moisture can simulate a constant press on the lock key.
- Panel fault: If the lock symbol remains and buttons do not respond, the touch panel PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
