How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before lifting the glass or accessing the control PCB.
- Clean and dry surface: Wipe the glass with a dry cloth to remove water, spills, or cleaning products. Ensure no objects are resting on the touch keys.
- Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 2 minutes, then restore power and test the keys again.
- Check ribbon cable: If the error persists, remove the glass top and inspect the ribbon cable between the touch panel and the control PCB. Reseat and secure it.
- Inspect PCB: Look for cracks, burn marks, or corrosion on the touch control PCB. Replace the user interface PCB if damaged or if certain keys remain unresponsive.
