Safety first: For internal checks, disconnect power first.

• Check control lock: Many Electrolux ranges have a control lock (child lock). Look for a lock icon and hold the designated key (often 3–5 seconds) to unlock.
• Test individual controls: Try multiple buttons or knobs. If only one is unresponsive, the specific switch or key is likely faulty.
• Inspect knobs: Remove the knob and check the switch shaft for damage. Replace broken knobs or switches.
• Inspect UI connections: Remove the console cover and reseat the UI harness connectors.
