Possible Causes

Pan not centered on zone, Pan lifted or tilted, Incompatible cookware, Sensor calibration issue

Safety first: Glass surface can be hot even if the zone is off.

Center the pan: Place the pan in the center of the cooking zone marking.
Use correct cookware: Confirm the pan is induction-compatible and flat-bottomed.
Clean glass: Wipe the glass surface and pan bottom to remove residue that may affect detection.
Reset cooktop: Turn the cooktop off, wait 30 seconds, then turn back on and retry.
