How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Power reset: Turn breaker OFF for 5 minutes, then ON. If F11 returns immediately, proceed.
- Dry the panel: If the panel was recently cleaned, allow it to dry thoroughly with power off for 24 hours.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the rear console cover and check the keypad ribbon for corrosion, kinks, or damage. Reseat it firmly.
- Check for stuck keys: With power on, press each key. If any key does not respond or triggers multiple functions, the keypad is defective.
- Replace touch control: Install a new touchpad/control panel assembly compatible with your Electrolux model.
