Possible Causes

Out-of-range oven temperature sensor, Poor sensor connection at EOC, Incorrect sensor type installed, EOC calibration fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power before testing the sensor.

  • Verify sensor type: Confirm that the installed sensor matches the OEM Electrolux part number for your model.
  • Test resistance: At room temperature, measure sensor resistance (should be ~1050–1100 Ω). At 350°F, it should be around 1650–1800 Ω. Replace if readings are far off.
  • Inspect connector: Check the sensor plug at the rear of the range and at the EOC for loose or corroded pins. Clean and reseat.
  • Control calibration: Some models allow temperature calibration via the user menu. If the sensor is good, perform a calibration or replace the EOC if F20 persists.
