How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker.
- Power reset: Leave power off for 10 minutes, then restore. If F62 returns, continue.
- Inspect harness: Remove the cooktop and inspect the low-voltage harness between the user interface board and the induction power board. Reseat all connectors.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of liquid intrusion around the controls. Dry thoroughly if present.
- Board replacement: If wiring is intact, replace the UI board first. If the fault persists, replace the induction power board.
