Possible Causes
Failed convection (circulation) fan motor, Open fan heating element, Obstructed fan blades, Faulty relay on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate from mains and allow the oven to cool before removing the rear inner panel.
- Check fan operation: In a fan‑assisted mode, listen for the fan. If silent, the fan motor may be faulty.
- Inspect for obstruction: Remove the rear inner panel (inside the oven) and check that nothing is jammed in the fan blades.
- Test fan element: Use a multimeter to measure resistance of the circular fan element. Replace if open.
If both fan and element test good, the control board or wiring may be at fault and should be checked by a technician.
