How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and allow the grill area to cool completely.
- Check settings: Ensure you have selected full grill vs. half grill as appropriate.
- Visual inspection: Look at the grill element when briefly powered (through the door glass). If only part glows red, that section may be failed.
- Continuity test (technician): Remove the top panel and test each section of the grill element for continuity.
- Replace element or switch: Fit a new grill element if open‑circuit. If the element is good but not powered in certain settings, replace the grill selector switch.
