How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing the cooktop from the counter.
- Dry and clean surface: Wipe the glass with a dry cloth and allow any moisture to evaporate. Do not use excessive liquid cleaners.
- Power reset: Turn off the breaker for 5 minutes, then restore power.
- Inspect UI connections: With the unit removed and power off, check the ribbon cables and harnesses from the touch panel to the control board. Reseat all connectors.
