How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Warning: Turn off power before servicing.
- Check for debris: Inspect the probe jack inside the oven for food debris or moisture. Clean gently and allow to dry.
- Inspect wiring: From the rear, check the probe jack harness for pinched or shorted wires.
- Disconnect jack: Temporarily disconnect the probe jack harness from the control board. Restore power; if the error clears, replace the jack assembly.
- Replace control: If the error persists with the jack disconnected, the control board probe circuit may be defective and require replacement.
