Oven temperature is inaccurate; food undercooked or overcooked compared to set temperature.

Safety: Use an oven thermometer to verify temperature; avoid touching hot surfaces.

• Measure actual temp: Place an oven thermometer in the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F. Compare the reading after 20–30 minutes.
• Calibrate: If consistently off by the same amount, use the control's calibration function to adjust by ±5–30°F per the user manual.
• Inspect gasket: Replace the door gasket if heat is escaping around the door.
• Replace sensor: If calibration does not correct large errors, replace the oven temperature sensor.
