How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.
- Dry and clean: Wipe the glass panel with a dry, lint‑free cloth. If recently cleaned with liquid, allow several hours for moisture to evaporate.
- Power reset: Turn off power for 5 minutes and restore to reset the UI.
- Inspect cable: Remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable between the touch panel and control board. Reseat firmly.
- Replace UI board: If specific keys never respond and the cable is good, replace the user interface PCB or glass touch assembly as specified by Miele.
