How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the hob from mains before any inspection.
- Power reset: Turn off the hob at the circuit breaker for at least 10 minutes. Restore power and check if the error clears.
- Check for moisture: If liquid has recently boiled over or spilled, it may have entered the electronics. Leave the hob disconnected for several hours to dry completely, then test again.
- If E023 persists: This indicates an internal electronics fault. User repair is not recommended.
- Technician repair: A technician will check the main control PCB, induction power module, and interconnecting harness, replacing the defective module as required.
