How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not pour liquids directly on the control panel.
- Clean and dry: Turn off the hob. Wipe the control area with a soft, damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Remove any objects (cloths, utensils) from the panel.
- Power reset: Switch off at the breaker for 5–10 minutes, then restore power and test.
- Check for lock symbol: If a lock indicator is lit, follow the unlocking procedure (usually press and hold the lock key for several seconds).
- If still unresponsive: The touch control module or user interface PCB may need replacement by a technician.
