Possible Causes

Faulty temperature sensor, Sensor not properly attached to glass, Control PCB miscalibration

Power reset: Turn off at the breaker for 10 minutes, then restore power.
If 'H' remains permanently: The residual heat sensor or its circuit on the control board may be faulty. A technician should test and replace the sensor or PCB.
