• Restore power and test each induction zone individually.

Internal inspection (advanced):

• Disconnect power and remove the cooktop glass (usually secured with screws from underneath or side brackets).
• Locate the induction power module(s) and the communication harness to the main PCB.
• Check all connectors for secure fit and signs of heat damage or corrosion.
• Inspect the module for burnt components or cracked solder joints.

When to call a technician: If connections are good and the error persists, the induction power module or main PCB will likely need replacement. Due to high-voltage components and risk of electric shock, this repair is best left to a professional.
