User actions:

• Look for a key or lock symbol on the display. Press and hold the associated button for about 4 seconds to unlock.
• Clean and dry the touch panel thoroughly.
• Turn off power at the breaker for 5 minutes to reset the electronics.

Technician actions:

• If the panel remains unresponsive, test the touch control PCB and replace if necessary.
• Check the ribbon cable between the touch panel and main board.
