• Inspect door seal: Check the door gasket for gaps, tears, or compression. Replace if damaged to prevent heat loss.
• Check sensor position: Ensure the temperature sensor probe is not touching the oven wall and is firmly mounted.
• Replace sensor or thermostat: If readings are consistently off by a large margin, replace the NTC sensor (electronic models) or thermostat (mechanical models). Some electronic controls allow calibration adjustment in the settings menu; refer to the user manual.
